Central Farmers Garage (CFG Ltd.) founder and businessman Evanson Njenga Kahihu died while undergoing treatment at the Nairobi Hospital. Statement by management: The founder of CFG Ltd. died on April 28 at the age of 90, leaving behind a rich legacy in the automobile industry.

The award-winning Isuzu-appointed dealership was founded in 1982 in Kitale, Trans Nzoia, and from that time it grew to become one of the top preferred bodybuilders for buses and matatus that commute through Nairobi. Mostly you will know them, as they have embedded the CFG Ltd script on each passenger’s seat headrest.
The Central Farmers Garage gains massive presence in areas like Nairobi, Bungoma, and Lodwar for both creating impressive automobile bodies and also being responsible for sales backup, mechanical services, and sales of genuine parts.

As of now, Evanson Njenga’s friends and family meet daily at his residential area in Tigoni on St Andrew’s Road-Limuru ahead of the planned burial that would be held on Friday, 8th May, at his home.
